Every order is thoughtfully packaged and shipped via FedEx with signature confirmation to help ensure your purchase arrives safely. Standard shipping typically requires 1–4 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order leaves our studio, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey. Every shipment includes insurance and signature confirmation at no additional cost.

Please note that once your package has been accepted by FedEx, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. For questions regarding delivery, delays, or package status, please contact FedEx directly at (800) 463-3339.

Express Shipping is available for in-stock merchandise only and does not apply to custom units.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.

All Express Shipping orders include insurance and signature confirmation at no additional charge.

We proudly ship worldwide using USPS Priority Mail International.

International shipping is available for a flat rate of $35.00 USD, with estimated delivery in approximately 10 business days after your order has shipped.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their destination country. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned orders.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed outside of regular business days will begin processing on the next business day.
