Every unit and hair product is carefully prepared with exceptional attention to detail and, in many cases, customized specifically for you. For this reason, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your selected texture, length, color, cap construction, and style before completing your purchase.

Each order is thoughtfully prepared to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping. Our standard processing time is 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is an additional 3–5 business days, resulting in an estimated delivery window of 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed.

Orders are shipped via FedEx to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Thirty-One Ten & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees. For questions regarding a package after it has shipped, please contact FedEx directly.

Each custom unit is styled with care before leaving our studio; however, we cannot guarantee an exact match to inspiration photos due to individual hair characteristics and styling variations. Upon arrival, your unit may require light restyling after being removed from its packaging to achieve your desired look.

We proudly offer one complimentary wig repair or adjustment within 14 days of your order being delivered.

After the initial 14-day period, all repairs and adjustments are available for an additional service fee based on the nature of the repair. Please contact us before mailing or dropping off your unit so we can discuss your concerns and provide approval prior to receiving it.

Repair turnaround times may take up to 21 business days, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending and returning their unit.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your investment, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your purchase. Proper cleansing, conditioning, storage, and heat protection will help maintain the quality of your hair for years to come.
