How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system. Simply choose your desired service, select an available date and time, and complete the booking process.
Do I need a consultation?
Consultations are recommended—and required for select services such as luxury extensions and bridal styling—to ensure we recommend the best service for your goals.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. All services are available by appointment only.
Where are you located?
Thirty-One Ten & Co. is a private salon suite serving clients in the Cypress/Katy area. The full address will be provided in your appointment confirmation.
Do you offer refreshments?
Complimentary beverages and snacks may be available to help you relax and enjoy your experience.
Can I bring a guest?
To preserve a peaceful salon environment, we ask that only scheduled guests attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
Do I have to purchase your hair?
For select installation services, our premium raw hair is required to ensure the quality, longevity, and results we proudly stand behind.
Can I color the hair?
Yes. Our raw extensions may be professionally colored or lifted up to a Level 9 blonde by an experienced stylist.
How far in advance should I book bridal services?
We recommend securing your wedding date 6–12 months in advance to ensure availability.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. On-location bridal hairstyling is available throughout the Houston area. Travel fees may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Please review our In-Salon Policies page for complete details.
Are deposits refundable?
No. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled appointment.
